The hotel didn't finish cleaning our rooms until about 4 pm, which was a bit inconvenient. While the room was clean, it appeared tired and didn't quite meet the four-star standard. The lack of atmosphere made it challenging for guests to interact, even those seated at the same table. The suite we booked turned out to be a smaller room with a small balcony, not as spacious as expected.
